These ordinances for political signs only pertain to certain people who are running for office in Houston County and the City of Dothan. If you happen to be an incumbent, the rules don't seem to apply to you as much as they do to your opponent. While riding around Dothan and Houston County, see how many of these signs the incumbents have out that are in complainance with the ordinance. But that's ok because it's always been that way, always will. I'm talking about all the positions up for elections, not a certain one.
